These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of levitatedigital.studio (the "Site"), operated by Levitate Digital Studio ("Levitate", "we", "us", or "our") — an individual business based in India. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is an informational and marketing website for our design studio. It showcases our work and services and lets you get in touch. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or a contract for services on its own.

Any design work we take on is governed by a separate agreement, proposal, or quote agreed between us and the client. The information on this Site — including services, timelines, and process descriptions — is for general guidance and may change.
5. Third-party links and tools
The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and social media, and embeds videos hosted on YouTube on some project pages. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep it accurate and running, we don't guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely up to date.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Levitate Digital Studio will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to the Site will be subject to the courts of India.
